BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MEETING SCHEDULE

The Board of Directors of the Association meets monthly, usually on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7pm. All are welcomed at and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings. It’s a good way to meet other neighbors, find out what’s happening in the community and make your thoughts heard.

HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

HOA dues are $530 per quarter. Payment is due on the 1st of the month beginning the quarter and a late fee is assessed after the 15th of that month.

Owners are provided coupon books, however electronic payment is preferred.
